BIM Coordinator (Full-Time | Hybrid)
You will manage coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP models inside Revit and Navisworks to catch the clashes that would otherwise become an expensive problem in the field. This role sits at the center of our “single source of truth” workflow, meaning your model updates ripple directly into our estimating team’s numbers.
What We Are Looking For?
- 3+ years of BIM coordination experience across multiple disciplines
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks clash detection workflows
- Understanding of LOD standards (300-400 preferred)
- Comfortable communicating clash findings directly to architects and engineers
- Experience with commercial or multi-family projects a plus
Quantity Takeoff Specialist | Junior ( Full-Time)
A strong entry point for someone who wants to build a career in estimating without needing a decade of experience on day one. You will produce material and quantity takeoffs across residential and light commercial scopes, working under a senior estimator who will review and mentor your work before it reaches a client.
Our Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in takeoffs, drafting, or a related construction field
- Working knowledge of PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff tools
- Comfortable reading architectural and structural drawing sets
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to be coached
- Construction management or engineering coursework a plus (not required)
Bid Package Specialist (Full-Time | Remote)
You will take finished estimates, schedules, and scope documents and assemble them into the polished, defensible bid packages our clients present to win contracts. This role is not about handling paperwork; it is about assembling a well-structured bid package that is often the difference between winning and losing when two contractors submit similar numbers.
- 2+ years of experience in bid coordination
- Skilled at assembling schedules and cost data into one cohesive package
- Strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of CSI divisions
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Clear written communication for explaining technical scope
- Sharp eye for catching inconsistencies between documents
- Experience with construction bid software is a plus
- Ability to coordinate with all team members
- Detail-oriented mindset
